Description
Inappropriate implementation in Media in Google Chrome on Windows prior to 148.0.7778.216 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to leak cross-origin data via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
A vulnerability exists in Google Chrome for Windows, in versions prior to 148.0.7778.216, due to inappropriate implementation in the Media component. This flaw allows a remote attacker, who has compromised the renderer process, to leak cross-origin data through a crafted HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 148.0.7778.216 or later to address this vulnerability.
