Description
Out of bounds write in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 148.0.7778.216 allowed a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code inside a sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
A high-severity out-of-bounds write vulnerability has been identified in the V8 JavaScript engine of Google Chrome. This issue affects Chrome versions prior to 148.0.7778.216. The vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code within a sandboxed environment by exploiting a crafted HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 148.0.7778.216 or later to address this vulnerability.
