Description
Contributor Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle Toolkit <= 4.9.12.1 versions.
A Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle Toolkit plugin, affecting versions through 4.9.12.1. This vulnerability allows contributors to inject malicious scripts that could be executed by users, potentially stealing data or hijacking accounts.
Users of the Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle Toolkit plugin should update to version 4.9.12.2 or later. Patchstack users can enable auto-updates for vulnerable plugins.
