Description
Unauthenticated Arbitrary File Download in WP Media folder Addon <= 4.0.1 versions.
A vulnerability allowing unauthenticated arbitrary file downloads has been identified in the WordPress WP Media Folder Addon plugin, affecting versions through 4.0.1. This vulnerability could be exploited to download any file from the website, including sensitive files such as login credentials or backup files.
Users of the WP Media Folder Addon plugin should update to version 4.0.2 or later. Patchstack users can enable auto-update for vulnerable plugins.
