Description
Contributor Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in The Post Grid <= 7.9.5 versions.
A Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress The Post Grid plugin, affecting versions through 7.9.5. This vulnerability allows contributors to inject malicious scripts that could be executed by users viewing the content, potentially leading to theft of personal data or hijacking of user accounts.
Users of the WordPress The Post Grid plugin should update to version 7.9.6 or later to address this vulnerability. Patchstack users can enable auto-updates for vulnerable plugins.
