Description
A vulnerability was determined in code-projects Assessment Management 1.0. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file lecturer/add-single-mark.php. A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in Code-Projects Assessment Management version 1.0. The issue arises in the file 'lecturer/add-single-mark.php', where the 'mark' parameter is not properly sanitized before being inserted into a MySQL database. This flaw allows for the injection of arbitrary HTML and JavaScript, which is then executed in the context of the user's browser, potentially leading to session hijacking or phishing attacks. Additionally, the vulnerability exposes raw database error details to the client.
