Description
Race condition in Extensions in Google Chrome on on Mac prior to 153.0.8010.47 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
A race condition vulnerability has been identified in the Extensions component of Google Chrome on Mac, affecting versions prior to 153.0.8010.47. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker who has compromised the renderer process to potentially execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox by using a crafted HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 153.0.8010.47 or later to address this vulnerability.
