Description
A vulnerability was identified in SourceCodester Inventory Management System 1.0. This affects an unknown part of the file invoice.php. The manipulation of the argument ID leads to authorization bypass. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used.
An authorization bypass vulnerability has been identified in the Invoice module of SourceCodester Inventory Management System version 1.0. The issue resides in the invoice.php file, where the ID parameter is manipulated to bypass authorization checks. This vulnerability allows authenticated users to access invoice data belonging to other users remotely. The exploit is publicly available and could be used in the wild.
To address this vulnerability, implement an ownership check before returning invoice data. Alternatively, restrict access to the invoice module to admin users only.
