Description
A security flaw has been discovered in PHPGurukul Bank Locker Management System 1.0. This impacts an unknown function of the file sidebar.php. A broken access control vulnerability has been identified in PHPGurukul Bank Locker Management System version 1.0. The issue resides in the file sidebar.php, where the UserType argument is manipulated, leading to improper access controls. This vulnerability allows Sub-Admin users to access Admin-exclusive pages and perform critical actions such as deleting the primary Admin account. The flaw can be exploited remotely, and the public exploit is available.
Implement server-side role checks on all affected endpoints to ensure that only users with the appropriate privileges can access Admin-exclusive functions. Additionally, revise the deletion queries to include UserType constraints, preventing unauthorized deletions of Admin accounts.
