Description
A vulnerability was identified in Xuxueli xxl-job up to 3.5.0. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /jobinfo/insert. Such manipulation of the argument name/author leads to cross site scripting. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in Xuxueli XXL-Job versions through 3.5.0. The issue resides in the '/jobinfo/insert' endpoint, where manipulation of the 'name' and 'author' parameters can inject malicious JavaScript. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely, and the injected scripts may execute in the context of an administrator viewing the task management interface, potentially leading to the theft of sensitive information such as cookies.
