Description
The CDN Linker lite plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in versions up to, and including, 1.3.1. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the ossdl_off_options() function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update the plugin's settings — including the CDN URL used to rewrite all static asset references on the site — via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
A Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability has been identified in the CDN Linker Lite plugin for WordPress, affecting versions through 1.3.1. The issue arises from inadequate nonce validation in the 'ossdl_off_options()' function, allowing unauthenticated attackers to manipulate the plugin's settings. This includes changing the CDN URL that rewrites static asset references on the site. Exploitation requires tricking a site administrator into clicking a link that initiates the forged request.
