Description
The kboard WordPress plugin before 6.7 does not verify ownership or context before deleting board media, allowing unauthenticated attackers to permanently delete its uploaded media files and their database records by iterating identifiers.
A vulnerability in the KBoard WordPress plugin, affecting versions prior to 6.7, allows unauthenticated attackers to permanently delete uploaded media files and their associated database records. This is possible because the plugin does not verify ownership or context before deleting media, enabling attackers to exploit the flaw by iterating through media identifiers.
Users are advised to update the KBoard WordPress plugin to version 6.7 or later.
