Description
The Checkout Field Manager (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 7.9.7 does not properly validate the ownership of an attachment before deleting it, allowing any authenticated user such as a customer to delete arbitrary media attachments belonging to other users.
A vulnerability exists in the Checkout Field Manager for WooCommerce WordPress plugin, affecting versions prior to 7.9.7. The issue arises because the plugin fails to properly validate the ownership of media attachments before deleting them. This flaw allows any authenticated user, including customers, to delete arbitrary media attachments belonging to other users.
Users are advised to update the WooCommerce Checkout Field Manager plugin to version 7.9.7 or later.
