Description
Use after free in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 153.0.8010.36 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to read memory inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
A use-after-free vulnerability has been identified in the V8 JavaScript engine of Google Chrome, affecting versions prior to 153.0.8010.36. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker, who has compromised the renderer process, to read memory within the sandboxed environment by using a crafted HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 153.0.8010.36 or later to address this vulnerability.
