Description
Out of bounds write in Media in Google Chrome prior to 153.0.8010.36 allowed a remote attacker to potentially execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
A vulnerability allowing an out-of-bounds write has been identified in the Media component of Google Chrome. This issue affects Chrome versions prior to 153.0.8010.36. The vulnerability could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code outside of the browser's sandbox by using a specially crafted HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 153.0.8010.36 or later to address this vulnerability.
