Description
Use after free in Cast in Google Chrome prior to 153.0.8010.36 allowed an adjacent attacker to potentially execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox via crafted network traffic. (Chromium security severity: Critical)
A use-after-free vulnerability has been identified in the Cast component of Google Chrome. This issue affects versions prior to 153.0.8010.36. The vulnerability allows an adjacent attacker to potentially execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox by sending crafted network traffic.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 153.0.8010.36 or later to address this vulnerability.
