Description
Incorrect authorization in Omnibox in Google Chrome prior to 153.0.8010.36 allowed a remote attacker to bypass system access restrictions into a privileged page via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
A vulnerability in Google Chrome's Omnibox feature, present in versions prior to 153.0.8010.36, allowed remote attackers to bypass system access restrictions and gain access to privileged pages by using a crafted HTML page. This issue stemmed from incorrect authorization handling within the Omnibox.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 153.0.8010.36 or later to address this vulnerability.
