Description
Improper input validation in SiteIsolation in Google Chrome prior to 153.0.8010.36 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
A vulnerability in Google Chrome's Site Isolation feature, present in versions prior to 153.0.8010.36, allowed remote attackers to execute arbitrary code outside the renderer process sandbox. This was achieved through a crafted HTML page that exploited improper input validation in the Site Isolation implementation.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 153.0.8010.36 or later, where this vulnerability has been fixed.
