Description
The LearnPress WordPress plugin before 4.4.7 does not check the user's capabilities in one of its administrative course tools, allowing unauthenticated attackers to list every enrolled student's display name and user identifier against the course they are enrolled on, and to recover their email addresses through the same handler's search filter.
A vulnerability in the LearnPress WordPress plugin, affecting versions prior to 4.4.7, allows unauthenticated attackers to access sensitive information about enrolled students. The plugin fails to properly verify user capabilities in one of its administrative course tools. This oversight enables attackers to retrieve the display names, user identifiers, and email addresses of students enrolled in a course, using the same handler's search filter.
Users are advised to update the LearnPress WordPress plugin to version 4.4.7 or later.
