Description
SiYuan versions before v3.8.2 fail to properly filter private attribute-view cell values in the getAttributeViewKeys endpoint. Publish readers can retrieve hidden KeyValues payloads from rows bound to inaccessible documents, exposing private database contents without authorization.
A vulnerability exists in SiYuan versions prior to 3.8.2, where the application fails to properly filter private attribute-view cell values in the 'getAttributeViewKeys' endpoint. This oversight allows publish readers to access hidden KeyValues payloads from rows linked to inaccessible documents, thereby exposing private database information without proper authorization. The issue arises because the reader filter only removes rows when the corresponding database block is inaccessible, leaving private values intact in the response.
Users are advised to update to SiYuan version 3.8.2 or later, where this vulnerability has been patched.
