Description
Use after free in UI in Google Chrome prior to 148.0.7778.168 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
A use-after-free vulnerability has been identified in the user interface component of Google Chrome, affecting versions prior to 148.0.7778.168. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker, who has compromised the renderer process, to potentially escape the sandbox by exploiting a crafted HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 148.0.7778.168 or later to address this vulnerability.
