Description
Object lifecycle issue in WebShare in Google Chrome on Mac prior to 148.0.7778.168 allowed a remote attacker who convinced a user to engage in specific UI gestures to execute arbitrary code via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Critical)
A critical object lifecycle vulnerability has been identified in the WebShare feature of Google Chrome on Mac, affecting versions prior to 148.0.7778.168. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by convincing users to perform specific UI gestures while interacting with a crafted HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 148.0.7778.168 or later to address this vulnerability.
