Description
The Easy Form Builder by WhiteStudio WordPress plugin before 4.2.0 does not validate a submitted value against the stored configuration for some of its form types, allowing unauthenticated users to store arbitrary content which is then rendered unescaped in an admin page, leading to Stored XSS.
A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the Easy Form Builder by WhiteStudio WordPress plugin, affecting versions prior to 4.2.0. The issue arises because the plugin fails to validate submitted values against the stored configuration for certain form types. This lack of validation allows unauthenticated users to inject arbitrary content, which is then rendered unescaped on an admin page.
Users are advised to update the Easy Form Builder by WhiteStudio WordPress plugin to version 4.2.0 or later.
