Description
GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab EE affecting all versions from 18.9 before 18.11.7, 19.0 before 19.0.4, and 19.1 before 19.1.2 that under certain conditions could have allowed an authenticated user with minimal access permissions to read work item metadata from private projects due to missing authorization checks.
A vulnerability exists in GitLab Enterprise Edition (EE) versions 18.9 prior to 18.11.7, 19.0 prior to 19.0.4, and 19.1 prior to 19.1.2. This vulnerability allows an authenticated user with minimal access permissions to read work item metadata from private projects. The issue arises from missing authorization checks, which could have enabled unauthorized access to sensitive project information.
