Description
An out-of-bounds write issue was addressed with improved bounds checking. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27, macOS Sequoia 15.8, macOS Tahoe 26.7. An app may be able to cause unexpected system termination or write kernel memory.
A vulnerability exists in the kernel of macOS Golden Gate 27, Sequoia 15.8, and Tahoe 26.7, all released on September 14, 2026. This vulnerability involves an out-of-bounds write issue that could be exploited to modify kernel memory, potentially leading to unexpected system termination.
