Description
A race condition was addressed with additional validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27, macOS Sequoia 15.8, macOS Tahoe 26.7. An app may be able to cause unexpected system termination.
A race condition vulnerability has been identified in the Disk Images component of Apple macOS. This issue allows an application to cause unexpected system termination. The vulnerability is present in multiple macOS versions, including Golden Gate 27, Sequoia 15.8, and Tahoe 26.7. The root cause of the vulnerability is a race condition that was addressed with additional validation.
