Description
BurgerEditor 3.0.0 through 3.4.0 contains an issue with authorization bypass through user-controlled key. If this vulnerability is exploited, the content of the page may be altered by an attacker who can log in to the product may be caused.
An authorization bypass vulnerability has been identified in the BurgerEditor plugin for baserCMS, specifically in versions 3.0.0 through 3.4.0. This vulnerability allows attackers who are logged into the application to manipulate page content by exploiting user-controlled keys to bypass authorization checks.
Users are advised to update the BurgerEditor plugin to the latest version. The patched version 3.4.1 is available on the baserCMS market. For users of BurgerEditor version 2.28.0 to 2.30.0, version 2.30.1 is the recommended update.
