Description
The Xpro Addons WordPress plugin before 1.7.4 does not properly escape some of its widgets' settings before outputting them within HTML attributes, which could allow users with the Contributor role and above to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks.
A stored cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the Xpro Addons WordPress plugin, affecting versions prior to 1.7.4. The issue arises because the plugin fails to properly escape certain widget settings before rendering them in HTML attributes. This flaw enables users with Contributor roles and above to inject malicious scripts that are executed when the injected content is viewed.
Users are advised to update the Xpro Addons WordPress plugin to version 1.7.4 or later.
