Description
Vulnerability in the Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager product of Oracle Commerce (component: Forge). The supported version that is affected is 11.4.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager executes to compromise Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager. A vulnerability exists in the Forge component of Oracle Commerce Guided Search and Oracle Commerce Experience Manager, specifically in version 11.4.0. This easily exploitable vulnerability allows a low-privileged attacker with access to the infrastructure where these Oracle Commerce products run to compromise them. Successful exploitation could lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data, or any data accessible within Oracle Commerce Guided Search or Experience Manager. Additionally, this vulnerability could cause a complete denial-of-service by hanging the application or causing it to crash frequently.
