Description
Cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in Contec EC1000 series. If this vulnerability is exploited, an arbitrary script may be executed on a logged-in user's web browser.
A cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the Contec EC1000 series, specifically in versions prior to 1.02. This vulnerability allows an attacker to execute an arbitrary script in the web browser of a logged-in user.
Users are advised to update the firmware to version 1.02 or later. Instructions for updating the firmware can be found on the Contec website.
