Description
The My Login WordPress plugin before 7.2.0 does not enforce the network's registration setting when processing site signups on multisite installations, allowing users with a subscriber account, and unauthenticated users on some networks, to create new sites and be granted administrator over them.
A vulnerability in the My Login WordPress plugin, affecting versions prior to 7.2.0, allows users with subscriber accounts and, in some cases, unauthenticated users, to create new sites on multisite installations. The plugin fails to enforce the network's registration settings, enabling these users to be granted administrative privileges on the newly created sites.
Users are advised to update the My Login WordPress plugin to version 7.2.0 or later.
