Description
Not failing securely ('failing open') in Visual Studio Code allows an unauthorized attacker to bypass a security feature over a network.
A vulnerability in Visual Studio Code allows unauthorized attackers to bypass network access restrictions enforced by the application's policy. This 'failing open' issue can be exploited over the network, enabling access to resources that the policy is designed to block. The vulnerability affects Visual Studio Code version 1.136.2.
