Description
Inconsistent interpretation of http requests ('http request/response smuggling') in Visual Studio Code allows an unauthorized attacker to bypass a security feature over a network.
A vulnerability in Visual Studio Code has been identified, related to inconsistent interpretation of HTTP requests, known as HTTP request/response smuggling. This issue allows an unauthorized attacker to bypass network access restrictions enforced for the Visual Studio Code agent. As a result, the agent could access resources that the configured policy is intended to block. The vulnerability affects Visual Studio Code version 1.136.2.
