Description
The MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin WordPress plugin before 3.7.50 does not perform a per-object ownership check when returning a quiz attempt result, allowing any authenticated user with a minimal (subscriber) role to read other students' quiz grades, pass/fail status and attempt timestamps by referencing an attempt identifier belonging to another user.
A vulnerability exists in the MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin in versions prior to 3.7.50. The issue arises because the plugin fails to implement proper ownership checks when returning quiz attempt results. This oversight allows authenticated users with a minimum role of subscriber to access other students' quiz grades, pass/fail statuses, and attempt timestamps by using an attempt identifier belonging to another user.
Users are advised to update the MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin to version 3.7.50 or later.
