Description
The MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin WordPress plugin before 3.7.46 does not restrict access to a REST route that lists an author's courses, nor does it filter that listing by publication status, allowing unauthenticated users to read the titles and IDs of unpublished (draft, pending and private) courses.
A vulnerability exists in the MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin in versions prior to 3.7.46, where access to a REST route listing an author's courses is not properly restricted. The route fails to filter courses by publication status, allowing unauthenticated users to access the titles and IDs of unpublished courses (draft, pending, and private). This issue enables the exposure of sensitive course information that should not be publicly accessible.
Users are advised to update the MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin to version 3.7.46 or later.
