Description
The MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin WordPress plugin before 3.7.46 does not properly verify authorization when retrieving order line-item data, allowing any authenticated user including Subscribers to read other instructors' course sales records by supplying another user's identifier.
A vulnerability exists in the MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin in versions prior to 3.7.46. The issue arises from improper authorization verification when accessing order line-item data. This flaw enables any authenticated user, including those with Subscriber roles, to view course sales records of other instructors by providing a specific user's identifier. The exposed data includes details such as the course name, sale price, order total, order status, date, and the payment gateway used.
Users are advised to update the MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin to version 3.7.46 or later.
