Description
The SupportCandy WordPress plugin before 3.5.3 does not perform an authorization check on one of its support-ticket attachment download paths, allowing unauthenticated attackers to read protected customer-uploaded attachments by enumerating sequential attachment identifiers.
A vulnerability exists in the SupportCandy WordPress plugin in versions prior to 3.5.3, where the plugin fails to implement proper authorization checks on certain support ticket attachment download paths. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to access protected customer-uploaded attachments by sequentially enumerating attachment identifiers.
Users are advised to update the SupportCandy WordPress plugin to version 3.5.3 or later.
