CVE-2026-80339 Details
Description
The Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce WordPress plugin before 4.0.12 does not validate the order key before adding order data to the JavaScript configuration it outputs on the front end, allowing unauthenticated users to obtain the billing details of any order, together with the secret that gates access to it, by iterating sequential order identifiers.
A vulnerability exists in the Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce WordPress plugin in versions prior to 4.0.12. The issue arises because the plugin fails to validate the order key before including order data in the JavaScript configuration sent to the front end. This flaw allows unauthenticated users to access the billing details of any order, along with a secret that provides access to that information, by sequentially iterating through order identifiers.
Users are advised to update the Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce WordPress plugin to version 4.0.12 or later.
