Description
Tenda Technology Co., Ltd NVR_4H CH3 v2.1 V27.5.58.6 was discovered to contain a hardcoded cryptographic key.
A vulnerability exists in the Tenda NVR_4H network video recorder, specifically in the CH3 v2.1 firmware version V27.5.58.6, due to a hardcoded cryptographic key. The firmware includes a static ECDSA key pair, with the private key stored in a read-only partition accessible through the HTTPS interface. This vulnerability allows an attacker on the same network to intercept and manipulate real-time communications with the device's management interface, exploiting the extracted key to decrypt and modify the session.
