Description
Out of bounds read and write in GFX in Google Chrome prior to 148.0.7778.96 allowed a remote attacker to perform arbitrary read/write via malicious network traffic. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
A vulnerability allowing out of bounds read and write operations in the GFX component of Google Chrome has been identified. This issue affects Google Chrome versions prior to 148.0.7778.96. The vulnerability allows remote attackers to perform arbitrary read and write operations by sending malicious network traffic.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 148.0.7778.96 or later to address this vulnerability.
