Description
IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.0 could allow arbitrary code execution due to improper validation of flow nodes with missing or empty component type fields.
A vulnerability in IBM Langflow OSS versions 1.0.0 through 1.10.0 allows for arbitrary code execution. This issue arises from improper validation of flow nodes that have missing or empty component type fields. When custom components were disabled, the validation process overlooked these nodes, enabling the execution of malicious component code at build time.
Users are advised to upgrade IBM Langflow OSS to version 1.10.1. Instructions for downloading this version are available on the Python Package Index (PyPI) website.
