CVE-2026-75824 Details
Description
The User Frontend WordPress plugin before 4.3.12 does not check whether the site allows user registration before creating an account, allowing unauthenticated users to create accounts on sites where registration is disabled. The created account receives the site's default role.
A vulnerability exists in the WP User Frontend WordPress plugin in versions prior to 4.3.12. The plugin fails to verify whether user registration is allowed on the site before creating a new account. This oversight enables unauthenticated users to register accounts on sites where registration has been disabled. Accounts created in this manner are assigned the site's default user role.
Users are advised to update the WP User Frontend WordPress plugin to version 4.3.12 or later.
