Description
A security vulnerability has been detected in CodeAstro Online Classroom 1.0. Affected is an unknown function of the file /guestdetails. Such manipulation of the argument deleteid leads to sql injection. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used.
A SQL injection vulnerability has been identified in CodeAstro Online Classroom version 1.0. The issue resides in the '/OnlineClassroom/guestdetails' file, where the 'deleteid' parameter is manipulated, allowing attackers to inject malicious SQL queries. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely and has been publicly disclosed.
It is recommended to use prepared statements and parameter binding to prevent SQL injection, validate and filter user input, minimize database user permissions, and conduct regular security audits.
