CVE-2026-7182 Details
Description
Diagram's export module is vulnerable to Path Traversal in src attribute due to lack of HTML sanitization. An unauthenticated user could craft the html payload which could include local files from the server and display them in the generated pdf. This issue was fixed in version 1.1.1.
A path traversal vulnerability has been identified in the DHTMLX Diagram export module, specifically in versions 1.0.0 prior to 1.1.1. The vulnerability arises from inadequate HTML sanitization in the 'src' attribute, allowing an unauthenticated user to craft an HTML payload that could access local files on the server. These files could then be displayed in a generated PDF. This issue has been addressed in version 1.1.1.
Users can upgrade to DHTMLX Diagram version 1.1.1 to address this vulnerability.
