Description
Use after free in DevTools in Google Chrome prior to 147.0.7727.117 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
A use-after-free vulnerability has been identified in the DevTools component of Google Chrome, affecting versions prior to 147.0.7727.117. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker who has compromised the renderer process to potentially escape the sandbox by using a crafted HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 147.0.7727.117 or later to address this vulnerability.
