Description
Contributor Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in MailOptin <= 1.2.78.0 versions.
A Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in the WordPress MailOptin plugin, affecting versions through 1.2.78.0. This vulnerability allows contributors to inject malicious scripts, such as redirects or advertisements, into the website, which would be executed when visitors access the site.
Users of the MailOptin WordPress plugin should update to version 1.2.78.1 or later. Patchstack users can enable auto-update for vulnerable plugins.
