A vulnerability allowing arbitrary code execution via malicious Python executables has been identified in JetBrains PyCharm versions prior to 2026.1.4 and 2026.2. The issue arises when an untrusted project is opened, allowing the execution of harmful code.
Users can update to PyCharm versions 2026.1.4 or 2026.2 to address this vulnerability.
