Description
Type Confusion in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 147.0.7727.101 allowed a remote attacker to potentially perform out of bounds memory access via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
A type confusion vulnerability has been identified in the V8 JavaScript engine used by Google Chrome. This issue affects Chrome versions prior to 147.0.7727.101. The vulnerability could allow a remote attacker to perform out of bounds memory access by exploiting a crafted HTML page.
Users can update to Google Chrome version 147.0.7727.101 or later to address this vulnerability.
