Description
A pre-authentication error-based SQL injection vulnerability in Koollab LMS allowed an unauthenticated attacker to read sensitive database contents, including personally identifiable information, credentials, and valid JWT tokens that may enable account takeover, via the SCORM report endpoint.
A pre-authentication error-based SQL injection vulnerability exists in Koollab Learning Management System (LMS) version 5.3.2. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to exploit the SCORM report endpoint, reading sensitive database information such as personally identifiable information, credentials, and valid JWT tokens that could lead to account takeover.
Three Learning, the product owner, has patched this vulnerability across all cloud-hosted instances of Koollab LMS. No manual action is required from users or administrators.
