Description
A vulnerability has been found in Tenda F451 1.0.0.7. Affected by this vulnerability is the function fromSafeEmailFilter of the file /goform/SafeEmailFilter. The manipulation of the argument page leads to stack-based buffer overflow. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in the Tenda F451 router, specifically in version 1.0.0.7. The issue arises in the SafeEmailFilter form handler, where the 'page' parameter is not properly validated before being passed to the sprintf function. This lack of length checking allows for the overflow of a stack-based buffer, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution or a denial-of-service condition.
